We ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, or P.O. Boxes.
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays ship the next business day.
All orders ship from our Plainfield, Illinois facility via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage depending on the item and destination. Air shipping is not permitted on any order.
After shipment, delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your distance from Plainfield, Illinois. Nearby destinations arrive sooner. Coast to coast may take the full 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will open a carrier claim on your behalf. If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, allow one additional business day before reaching out, carriers occasionally update tracking early.
