We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, uninstalled, and in original packaging. All airbags sold by Airbag Depot are used, pulled from vehicles, and verified undeployed. Minor scuffs and cosmetic wear are expected and are not grounds for a return. Airbags that have been installed, deployed, tampered with, or modified after purchase are not eligible for return.
If your airbag arrives defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
If your order arrives with damage beyond expected cosmetic wear, this is likely the result of a shipping issue and must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us via email, phone, or live chat with your order number and photos of the damage so we can open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. This is separate from our standard 30-day return window and applies specifically to shipping-related damage.
If you need a different part, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange the exchange once the original item is returned in uninstalled condition with original packaging. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the original order was fulfilled in error.
Contact us via email, phone, or live chat with your order number prior to sending any items back. All returns and exchanges must be authorized before shipment.
We will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label for any order that was fulfilled in error, arrived damaged, or is defective. Returns and exchanges resulting from a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned airbag, we will process your refund within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. There are no restocking fees. Additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If a returned airbag is found to have been installed, deployed, tampered with, or modified, the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. If a returned airbag is received in a condition that does not fully meet our return eligibility requirements but does not warrant a full rejection, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion.
